The Terrible Truth

If I love you that means you're going to get TEASED. Its part of my love language---I have to tease. Poor Phoebe is the closest thing I have to a kid. I am her fairy godmother.

Back story: One day I was hanging in the living room with the kids after a movie. They were playing so nicely. And then *FUUUUUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ* goes the Tv. Phoebe is running around in shear horror and trips over her bike as she desperately tries to escape the room. I was stunned by her immediate reaction and finally got up to turn off the TV. Even Noah was looking at her funny.

I had done this to her a few times before---I know I'm horrible. So if you notice she jumps when she hears the Tv button before its start to FUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.

Cheeze-its and Thank You!

Proof that Phebers says more than "Isaac" and "Welcome". I've watched this video at least 50 times and just caught that she said "Cheez-It"!!!! (Yes, they were Cheeze-Its) I was so focused on her "freak out" for food and saying "Thank you". I miss her.

*Late Edit*---Do you guys realize that she SAYS cheez it???? After I ask her the 2nd time "What do you say?"---Listen for it BENIFER!

Sorry it has been a while since I have posted. If you've read my blog you know I'm not the best blogger!

BUT I am home. Things are different/weird/fun/exciting/overwhelming/etc. That list could go on forever. I just wanted to thank everyone who read my blog and went through this journey with me. I especially want to thank the Livesays for opening up their hearts and their home to me. Tara, Troy, Paige, Isaac, Hope, Noah, Phoebe, Lydia, and Annie were a blessing to me. Thank you just doesn't seem like enough...

Surprise

I've been having a fun weekend with my mom AND DAD here! My dad was the surprise guest. Tara did say "they" a few times and put an extra bed in my mom's room, so the thought crossed my mind....

As always my mom is taking cool pictures and my dad made yummy pizza last night. We are enjoying our time together. Jen's dad comes tonight and tomorrow its the BIG 3 0 PARTY!!!! I hope the internet speed kicks up so we can post some pictures and download LOST.

Half Way

Have I ever mentioned I hate traveling? I find it pretty irritating, but flying to Haiti is FRUSTRATING! Something always goes wrong. My mom is sitting in the Miami airport waiting, waiting, waiting. Her first flight here was canceled and now her second one is delayed, delayed delayed possibly canceled too. I hate Miami airport. I hate AA. I wonder how they're going to fit an additional 500 people on tomorrow's 7AM flight to Port?

She's only half way here....doesn't cut it....
